TAP #3 - Good Mage/Bad Mage

This is for TAP challenge #3 where we had to design either a good or an evil mage. I've been dealing with continuous hand pain for the last 3 weeks, which seems to only be amplified by tablet use. Painting is pretty much out of the question at the moment. Consequently, this one feels like a bit of a cop-out even though I did my best to put a lot of thought into the design itself. :|
